Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, household address, payment method, or device — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being closed and all balances (including winnings) being voided.

At registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jet777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials. jet777 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage. The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by jet777, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. jet777 does not charge any fee on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

All deposited funds must be used for the purpose of genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of transferring them back out without meaningful play constitutes abuse and may result in Account closure and withholding of the deposited amount pending investigation.

jet777 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used. Where a payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder, jet777 may suspend deposit access from that method and hold any pending transactions for review.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified payment method registered under your verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one to three banking days for bank transfers, subject to KYC clearance.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC process described in Section 4. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification checks at jet777's discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳50,000 or where the Account activity indicates unusual patterns.
